Through the booking form we collect your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, racket brand and stringing preferences. All of these are required to accept a booking and carry out the service.

Sending a booking opens a loyalty card for you (if you do not have one yet): your name, phone number, e-mail address and stringing history (date, string, tension, racket, price). We use it to count stamps and free stringings.

We process your data to contact you, agree the terms of the service and carry it out. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

The loyalty card is kept on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - a loyalty scheme in which every tenth stringing is free. You can object at any time - we then delete the card together with its stringing history.

Booking data is kept for a period of 12 months from the last contact. Invoice data is kept for the period required by Polish tax law. The loyalty card is kept until you object.

• Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting of the website and the loyalty card database, form spam protection (Turnstile) and visit statistics. The statistics use no cookies and do not track users across sites.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC - the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address is passed to Google when the page loads.
• Resend, Inc. - delivery of e-mail notifications about new bookings.

These recipients are based in or operate infrastructure in the USA, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

This site uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. After you enter your phone number on the loyalty card page, we set one technical cookie so this device does not ask for it again. It expires after a year.
