Through the booking form we collect your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, racket brand and stringing preferences. All of these are required to accept a booking and carry out the service.

We process your data to contact you, agree the terms of the service and carry it out. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Booking data is kept for a period of 12 months from the last contact. Invoice data is kept for the period required by Polish tax law.

• Cloudflare, Inc. - website hosting, form spam protection (Turnstile) and visit statistics. The statistics use no cookies and do not track users across sites.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC - the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address is passed to Google when the page loads.
• Resend, Inc. - delivery of e-mail notifications about new bookings.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
